The Sirius Star System

According to the secret lore of the Dogon tribe in West Mali, Africa, as revealed by Robert Temple (1945), the Sirius star system consists of three stars:

• Sigi Tolo (“the star of the sugui”, a.k.a. Sirius A)
• Po Tolo (“the digitaria star”, a.k.a Sirius B)
• Emme Ya Tolo (“the female sorghum star” a.k.a. Sirius C)
