Are we now in a World War to decimate humanity?

In the video embedded below (released on 30 October 2021), he claims that World War III ended in 1991, in which the CCCP was defeated by the NWO via economical and financial warfare. Next, he shows that recently World War IV has started, targeting to drastically decimate humanity, which according to him will be the final war.
