Karel Gerardus van Wolferen was born in April 1941 in the city of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. He became a journalist and writer, mostly about Japan. From 1997 to 2006, he was appointed as Professor of Comparative Political and Economic Institutions at the University of Amsterdam.

In the two-hour video embedded above, titled ‘Reset in Ukraine’, he is interviewed by Catherine Austin Fitts. She was born on 24 December 1950 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, and became an investment banker. This interview took place in mid-March 2022.
