John Miller (a.k.a. Timothy Thrapp)

A man who named himself John Miller is the treasurer of the World Improvement Through The Spirit (WITTS) Ministries, which is a scam organization, encouraging ignorant people to donate (see: WITTS.ws). It appears that this man also used the name “Timothy Thrapp”. It is unclear if any of these two names is his real name.
