Deliberate Deception with Joe Atwill

Pateo TV

Pateo TV, Ep. 17

Joseph Atwill

Joseph Atwill (born c. 1951) is a producer, blogger, translator, scholar, and writer. His book “Caesar’s Messiah: The Roman Conspiracy to Invent Jesus” was published in 2005 by Ulysses Press in Berkeley, California (USA). In this best-selling book, Joe claims that the personification of God’s sun (called IESOUS in Greek, pronounced as Jesous or Jesus) as a man of flesh and blood was invented by the Roman imperial family the Flavians.

In 2012, Joe released a documentary based on this book with the same title (trailer). Joe’s blog can be found at Caesars Messiah.com. The website for this documentary is Caesars Messiah Doc.com. For more information, see also the website Covert Messiah.com.

In this live-broadcast video interview of Pateo TV, Joe and host Johan Oldenkamp not only talked about the myth of a historical Jesus, but about several other cases of deliberate deception as well. Previously, on March 18, 2013, host Johan interviewed Joe on Pateo Radio.
