Surely, the general idea of this story is very appealing. It clearly shows why you must love your neighbor as yourself. However, it is a gross oversimplification of our journeys towards Wholeness Consciousness. Furthermore, it completely ignores the deliberate global effort to prevent ordinary humans to ascend to a higher consciousness.
