Romley Stewart Stover from Australia investigates how legislation is being used to trick humans. He became a promotor of the legal language of David Wynn Miller (1949 – 2018). His Wordpress website is named Justinian Deception, referring to the Byzantine Emperor Justinian I (482 – 565), who provided the basis for the Corpus Iuris Civilis (Body of Civil Law). In his fight against the SYSTEM, he does not recognise his surname of Stover.
