Pateo Newsletter № 47

Pateo Newsletter of Tuesday, November 7th, 2017, on Enoch

Prize Question: Who was the Father of Enoch?

To me, the Bible is a very important book, but I do not believe a single word of it. Likewise, there is to me nothing higher than the One True God, but I most certainly do not believe in God. Even people who know me rather well can not always understand these statements of mine. Yet again, the truth is also in these cases remarkably straightforward. This truth is that we can only come to God through the development of our consciousness, because everything else is nothing but our own imagination. And in order to be able to develop our consciousness, we should definitely know the way things really are. Believing does not do us any good, as believing is the substitute for ‘not knowing’. Real consciousness development can only occur when it is based on a rock-hard foundation. No house built on sand can reach into the (seventh) Heaven before it collapses.

Many people have chosen to ignore the Bible because Christianity wants us to believe in those (sometimes contradictory) stories. And indeed, believing in the tales of Jesus or Moses is as valuable as believing in the adventures of Harry Potter. The (shocking) truth is that Christianity, or any other religion, has as much to do with promoting sound Spirituality as a brothel that has to do with promoting chastity. Nevertheless, that does not mean that the Bible would be a worthless collection of books. On the contrary!

Still, whoever thinks that the Bible offers ready-made and easy-digestible pieces of information for the stimulation of inner growth is apparently equally lazy as stupid. Not without reason, it was written: “Search, and you will find!” The Scripture clearly does not say: “Read, and you will know.” No! Only by searching (and re-searching) for ourselves, we might (and we will) eventually find the truth, that is if we really want this. Well, I myself do really want this. For more than a year now, I am conducting intensive searching for Wholly Scripture TV. And that is why I find time after time beautiful pearls of Enlightening Spiritual Truth. But how to share this with others? Do you know the saying about throwing pearls for swine?

Only when you have investigated something yourself, you can really value the corresponding discovery. In Wholly Scripture TV, these priceless discoveries are presented to the viewers on a silver platter. However, I get more and more the idea that this way of presenting makes these shiny pearls to lose most of their brilliance. That is why I try another approach this month, as I have launched a prize question. Anyone who can tell me who the real father of Enoch was will win this prize, as explained in this video:

The prize is ten free episodes of your choice of Wholly Scripture TV. As a single episodes costs € 5 each, this price therefore has the value of € 50. However, because monthly (at least) two new episodes appear, and the subscription fee is € 5 a month, subscribers can therefore win 5 months free of subscription fee (worth € 25).

So far, all contributors regrettably do not understand the fundamental difference between reading and researching. They read what is in the fourth or fifth chapter of the Book of Genesis, and then think that they must have won the prize. This newsletter is therefore also intended to make known to these contributors that they did not at all have won this prize. You really need to do genuine research if you want to win those ten free episodes. Only when you truly know what the text from Genesis 4:17 up to Genesis 5:32 is really about, then you might be able to give the right answer to this prize question. This is for sure a braincracker, and certainly not a copy-and-paste exercise. Similarly, the Bible is a book of riddles, which on top of that has been translated falsely in too many occasions, due to ignorance, but also due to malevolence. Luckily, also these translation errors are restored by Wholly Scripture TV. What more could you ask for?
